Project Manager

You will be the key link between our customer and the development team. Experience in outsourced IT environments and multicultural issues is essential. We provide web-based solutions running on Linux, therefore sound technical knowledge in these areas is required.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Support the sales process in providing technical expertise to the sales team
• Ensure that the project meets agreed schedules, budgets and quality requirements
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects
• Manage multiple project streams simultaneously
• Produce Project Management plans or ensure that they are in place and are being followed
• Identify and manage risks, issues and impacts on related projects
• May assist the development team on minor issues relating to webserver management and customer accounts management (Linux based)

Desired experience

• Project Management
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Experience in client relationship
• Work under changing / challenging environment. We are a small company therefore team members have a high level of autonomy and self management
• Extensive project management experience of complex ICT projects including controlling the planning, implementation and adherence to strict project time frames
• Knowledge of PHP, Linux and the Open Source industry
• Proven experience with staff management and leadership
• Commercial experience with outsourced IT environments
• Knowledge of French or Indonesian is a plus
